History
South Korea issued a 7-won commemorative at Seoul on 10 May 1966 for the twentieth anniversary of the Girl Scouts of Korea.
Soon Deuk Kim designed the stamp: a Girl Scout in green uniform and yellow neckerchief giving the three-finger salute before a green flag bearing the yellow Girl Scouts of Korea trefoil (GSK). The date 1966. 5. 10 appears at upper left, with the face value 700 at upper right. The printing is multicoloured lithography on granite paper.
The Government Printing Agency produced 1,000,000 stamps in panes of fifty, perforated 12¼.
