History
Hungary issued a 1 forint commemorative, perforated and imperforate, on 5 June 1971 for the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Magyar Úttörők Szövetsége, the Hungarian Pioneer organisation founded in 1946. Károly Vagyóczky designed a Pioneer emblem — the national flag with a campfire and the motto ELŐRE — set on a carnation. 2,085,000 perforated copies were printed in lithography, comb perforated 12¼. It commemorates that youth movement, not a Scout association affiliated with WOSM.
