History
Manama issued an imperforate 20 riyal gold-foil airmail souvenir sheet on 28 July 1971 for the 13th World Scout Jamboree. The stamp shows Lord Baden-Powell in a Scout hat with arms crossed, lettered MANAMA, DEPENDENCY OF AJMAN and 20 Rls. The white margin carries a red jamboree emblem at upper left and the inscription 13th WORLD JAMBOREE / Asagiri Heights, Japan — 1971. Postal standing is unsettled.
