History
Mali issued an 80 franc commemorative at Bamako on 19 April 1971 for the 13th World Scout Jamboree in Japan. The stamp is inscribed 80F and shows Scouts before Mount Fuji. Claude Jumelet designed and engraved it; the French Stamp Printing Office printed it by recess, comb perforated 13 × 13½. It was withdrawn from sale on 30 June 1972.
