History
Pakistan issued a 20 paisa commemorative at Lahore on 11 November 1973 for the Silver Jubilee Jamboree of Pakistan Scouts. Talat Sultana designed the stamp; the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation printed it by offset lithography, comb perforated 14 × 12¾, about 26 × 36.3 mm, in panes of 50. The print run was 500,000.
A Scout seen from behind in an olive uniform and green beret points toward a starry sky and a ringed planet. The stamp is lettered SILVER JUBILEE JAMBOREE, PAKISTAN SCOUTS, POSTAGE, HORIZONS NEW, 20P, PAKISTAN and Urdu.
