History
Venezuela issued two commemoratives at Caracas on 11 November 1975 for the 14th World Scout Jamboree. Gerd Leufer designed a common type: three interlocking tent forms in gold, blue and red beside a Scout fleur-de-lis, inscribed 14 JAMBOREE MUNDIAL, ASOCIACION DE SCOUTS DE VENEZUELA and VENEZUELA. Litografía del Comercio printed the set by offset lithography, 48 × 34 mm, comb perforated 13¾ × 14½, in panes of 100, one million of each value. The imprint reads LIT. DEL COMERCIO - CARACAS - 1975. The values are 20 céntimos and 80 céntimos.
