The issuing authority
Bophuthatswana issued stamps as a South African homeland administration in the late apartheid period. Those posts ended when the homelands were reincorporated into South Africa; the South African Post Office is the present authority.
Scouting
Bophuthatswana had no separate WOSM member organisation. Scouting in South Africa is organised by Scouts South Africa, founded in 1908.
