Notes

From BEL Technical support: considered to be an illegal stamp by Yt. Although listed in Sn, this item has been denounced by Yt as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. Foram produzidos pela Mayfair International Security Printers, situada na França, e distribuídos através das chamadas agências filatélicas "França Filatelia" e "França Filatelia 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero. A notorious illegal stamp producer located in the UK. It is only being listed in the general stamps category and not the illegal stamp category because the Sn catalog is still listing it. At some point they will probably be de-listed in the future. .
