Series history

South Korea issued a 10 won commemorative on 28 March 1970 for the 15th central contest of the 4-H Club (also called the 4-11 Club), a young farmers' organisation, held at Suwon. The stamp is offset lithographed, comb perforated 12½ × 13, without watermark, and is inscribed REPUBLIC OF KOREA and 1970. The design is a four-leaf clover with a youth's face in each leaflet, the green 4-H emblem at lower left, and a rising gold arrow. Sources give no designer or printer. The 4-H Club is not a Scout association.
