Series history
Thailand issued a 50 satang commemorative on 1 July 1971 for the sixtieth anniversary of Thai Scouting. Mrs. Prance Srivipat designed the stamp. The Japanese State Printing Works printed 5,000,000 copies in lithography in panes of fifty, comb perforated 13½, on paper watermarked with wavy lines.
