Series history
Bolivia issued a 1 peso commemorative on 28 April 1976 for the sixtieth anniversary of the Asociación Nacional de Scouts. L. Vergara designed it; La Papelera printed 250,000 copies by offset lithography, 30 × 43 mm, comb perforated 14¼ × 13½, without watermark. The stamp is inscribed CORREOS DE BOLIVIA, $b. 1.- and 60 ANIVERSARIO DE LA ASOCIACION NACIONAL DE SCOUTS, with the painter's credit PINTOR: L. VERGARA and the imprint LA PAPELERA S. A.
