History
Tunisia issued a 25 millime commemorative on 23 July 1973 for the International Scout Organization. Amor Ben Mahmoud designed the stamp; it is signed AMOR BEN MAHMOUD. De La Rue printed it by offset lithography, comb perforated 13½ × 13, about 25.5 × 36 mm.
A white geometric fleur-de-lis carries a three-finger Scout salute in a small disc at its centre, against magenta brushwork, a dark-green flag with a yellow disc, and three smaller flags. The stamp is inscribed ORGANISATION SCOUTE INTERNATIONALE, REPUBLIQUE TUNISIENNE, Arabic at the top and right, and 25.
