The issuing authority
Czechoslovakia issued stamps from 1918 until the state dissolved on 1 January 1993. Česká pošta and Slovenská pošta are the successor administrations in Czechia and Slovakia.
Scouting
Junák was founded in 1911 and Czechoslovakia was a WOSM founder in 1922. After 1993 the movement continued as Junák — český skaut in Czechia and Slovenský skauting in Slovakia.
