Calve Island is an uninhabited low-lying island off the east coast of the Isle of Mull in Argyll and Bute on the west coast of Scotland. They have never needed local stamps that are used under the rules of what British Local stamp issues are used for. Clive Feigenbaum had bogus labels produced in the name of Calve Island between 1984 through 1986 and distribute them to the philatelic market as if they were real British Locals. One bogus set made in 1984 was overprinted in 1998. Many want to call them Cinderella stamps to legitimize and sell them when in reality they are bogus labels created for personal profits.
