Series history
On 26 October 1962 Haiti surcharged four airmail values of the August Scout commemorative with the three-line overprint Aéroport International 1962, for the opening of the international airport. The values are a 20-centime scout at camp, a 50-centime fleur-de-lis emblem, a 50-centime campsite design and the 1.50-gourde portraits of Lord and Lady Baden-Powell.
