Series history

The People's Republic of the Congo issued four airmail commemoratives at Brazzaville on 25 August 1971 for the 13th World Scout Jamboree in Japan: 85, 90, 100 and 250 francs. Jacques Combet designed the set; the French Stamp Printing Office engraved it, comb perforated 13.
