Series history
Upper Volta issued a 250 f stamp at Ouagadougou on 15 December 1973 showing Lord Baden-Powell with the zodiac sign Pisces, one value from a set of twelve famous men and their signs. It was printed by offset lithography, comb perforated 13 × 14. Sources give no designer or printer.
