Series history

Sct. Georgs Gilderne i Danmark issued an annual Good Turn charity seal from 1968. The labels had no postal validity. They were sold through local guilds and Scout groups; the surplus supported Danish Scout work (with priority to disability sections), work among Greenlandic children, overseas youth work, humanitarian relief, and the national guild's other social purposes.

The 1975–76 label is inscribed GOOD-TURN 75/76 and SCT. GEORGS GILDERNE I DANMARK. It shows a red Scout fleur-de-lis, a row of pines, white tents on a yellow ground and a plume of camp-fire smoke. The seals were printed in offset by Silkeborg Bogtrykkeri, in panes of fifty (5 × 10). The illustrated pane names 3. Silkeborg Gilde at the top and I.F.O.F.S.A.G., the International Fellowship of Former Scouts and Guides, in the side margins.
