Series history
Labels inscribed STATE OF OMAN appeared in 1980 for the seventy-fifth anniversary of Rotary International (1905–1980). They are not an issue of a postal administration.
Each stamp is a colour photograph of a Scout in a named national uniform, with Arabic script at the head, the Rotary International wheel at the lower left, and 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL above the country name. The eight values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 15, 20 and 25 baisa: Scout uniforms of Nepal (light-blue frame, tent), India (pink frame, turban and red neckerchief), Singapore (teal frame, side cap), Libya (yellow frame), Greece (green frame, campaign hat and tent), Guatemala (red frame, campaign hat), Sudan (magenta frame, turban) and Pakistan (red-brown frame). The same designs exist perforated and imperforate.
