Embora essa emissão tenha sido aparentemente autorizada pela administração postal da República Centro-Africana, a grande maioria da emissão não foi vendida na África Central, mas apenas distribuída pela agência filatélica da República Centro-Africana, a Impressor S.A., para distribuição no mercado filatélico. Essa edição ainda está sendo vendida na WORLDARTSTAMPS (Impressor) site mais de três décadas depois, a partir do ano 2025. Aparentemente, a República Centro-Africana estava usando várias agências de stamps neste ano.
