Notes
Cuidado: This item has been specifically denounced in Niger 2005 UPU Circular 388 as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. All mini sheets entitled "Animals of the World" have been denounced as illegal in the circular. Todos "Animals of the World" mini sheets of nine (except for the Dogs mini sheet) were not discovered and denounced until years after Circular 194 was made. Foram produzidos pela Mayfair International Security Printers, situada na França, e distribuídos através das chamadas agências filatélicas "França Filatelia" e "França Filatelia 2000" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Morino Montero. Este (except for the printing company) specified within circular 194. It is only being listed in the general stamps category and not the illegal stamp category because of the major catalogs still listing it. At some point they will probably be de-listed in the future. .
