Notes

This item has been denounced in Cote d'Ivoire 2003 UPU Circular 269 and 2004 UPU Circular 63 as illegally produced without the authorization of the postal administration. Evitar os vendedores destes produtos! This stamp is verified on the Scouts on Stamps Society website as being illegal. Illegally produced stamps by Stamperija and rejected by the Ivory Coast postal administration because IGPC was the official stamp agency at the time. These illegal stamps are of the exact same style and format as the illegal "Nature of Africa" series and legal "O Mundo Do Mar" series produced by Stamperija in 2002 in the name of Mozambique. Rather than destroy them due to the rejection of their stamps as a whole by the Ivory Coast postal administration, this agency illegally placed them onto the stamp market.
