Notes

In 2010 the British counterfeit producer seeing other counterfeit producers profiting from 2009 counterfeits either out of jeleousy or revenge which is typical of this producer, created a massive number of counterfeits in the name of Mali dating 2010. This producer is the same producer of the earliest Mali illegal stamps and is proven by his own personal distributions of them as well as the distribution of them by his closest associated counterfeit dealers which "exclude" sales of the counterfeits made by the other producers. As you can see (and it is obvious) the styles used by this producer are exactly the same as the Montero productions made in 1998-1999. New styles are produced in this year as well which are used to this day in 2023 by this producer in the name of numerous African countries.
