Lithography, comb perforated 14½. 20,000 perforated sets and 4,000 imperforate. Deluxe sheets with simulated perforations place a single stamp on a blue margin inscribed 3 riyals. A 10 riyal airmail souvenir sheet shows Mount Fuji. Postal standing is unsettled.
