Inscribed RALLYE ROUTIER PANARABE, REPUBLIQUE TUNISIENNE, Arabic for the Republic of Tunisia and for the 2nd Pan-Arab Rover Moot, and 60. Signed AMOR BEN MAHMOUD.
Series history
Tunisia issued a 60 millime commemorative on 30 July 1973 for the 2nd Pan-Arab Rover rally. Amor Ben Mahmoud designed the stamp; it is signed AMOR BEN MAHMOUD. De La Rue printed it by offset lithography, comb perforated 13 × 13½, about 46 × 32 mm.
